Refund policy

If you are not happy with your ALELA purchase, you may return the item within 14  days of its arrival for exchange or refund.

Pieces must be unworn, unaltered and in original condition to be accepted for return or exchange. Original packaging must be included. We cannot accept returns, nor can we exchange any pieces that have been worn or damaged by the buyer.

Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional costs will not be refunded, unless you received a defective or incorrect item. We cannot provide a return shipping label for any refunds or exchanges.

All SALE items are final sale.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at lelandymborges@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.


How to Return or Exchange a Product

1. Email  lelandymborges@gmail.com with the subject "Returning Item" with item name and order number.

2. Pack and securely seal the item in the original package if possible.

3. Once the returned item is received, the exchange will be fulfilled or a refund issued for the original purchase price. Please allow 2-4 business days for resolution.
