Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Upon finalizing the purchase, the customer agrees with the fact that, from the moment the item leaves for delivery, the entire logistics of the purchase becomes the responsibility of Canada Post using the options Standard and Express.
The delivery time displayed on the order is an estimated average time stipulated by the system. If there is something unforeseen in your order, we are available to file a complaint with Canada Post, which will be answered within 5 working days. 
Note that if you order multiple items, your order may be delivered in multiple shipments.

We do not offer local pick-up.
  • MAIL - (Optional - Without Tracking) 
FREE SHIPPING in  3 to 9 business days. ATTENTION!  In this option, there is no tracking number and/or insurance and your order will be posted as a common mail. This is an option for those who want to skip shipping expenses, especially for small orders. We will send the customer a picture of the package showing the moment of the post. Alela Jewelry will not be responsible for any issue using this shipping method. 
It will be shipped 1 to 3 days after purchase.

    Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. ALELA JEWELRY is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

    Alela Jewelry is not responsible for any mail courier delays or delays caused by your local post office. *Shipping costs are non-refundable.*

     

    Refunds, returns, and exchanges

    We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

    In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at  lelandymborges@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
